About Us

AJ

Akira Johnson
Qualified Therapist (Person-Centred)

Repercussions was founded to address the growing concern around knife crime and youth violence.

The organisation works directly with schools, colleges, and youth groups to create safe spaces where young people can talk openly about the pressures they face and the decisions they make.

With over 20 years of experience working in secondary schools and a professional background in mental health support and counselling, we understand the realities that young people experience every day.

Our approach is honest, educational, and supportive. We don't lecture young people. Instead, we encourage them to think about their choices and understand the real consequences that can follow.

Our Mission

To educate, empower, and support young people so they can make safer choices and avoid becoming involved in knife crime or violence.

Our Vision

A future where young people feel safe, supported, and confident enough to choose positive paths.
